  • Beach front property

If you have not had a chance to come by the Tri-State beach, swing by and put your toes in the sand. Originally, the beach was going to have 4 cubic yards of sand. We decided to make it 8 yards. Love that sand in between the toes. Come check out the only beachfront property in Fairfax!

News Flash – February 2007

·        This Saturday, Feb 17th, is the first of a series of events at Xavier’s Pool.  Remember, preregistration is necessary so that we know how many tanks to bring.  Either meet at the dive center at 4:00P to follow us over, or meet us at the Aquatics Center of Xavier University on Victory Parkway at a few minutes before 5:00P.  Come on in, suit up, and let’s have some fun diving!  We will bring the tanks and weights and some new products for the participants to try.
·        This Saturday is also the Nitrox course at 11:00A.  It’s not too late to sign up!
·        The next Discover Scuba offered at a special price of $25.00 will be March 24th from 9:00A to 11:00A.  Bring your friends and family and let’s get everyone diving!  Preregistration is required for scheduling purposes.
·        Just a reminder, Joly and I will be in Little Cayman from Feb 24th until March 3rd .   Please stop in to say “hi” to Donna and Paul.  And don’t forget, Fridays are still Donna’s favorite day!
·        For those of you who have been asking questions about PADI’s new eLearning program, we should have some definitive information to pass on by March 24th .
·        The next Friday Night at the Movies will be March 16th .  It is pleasure to announce a special guest who will be joining us: Geri Lupariello, Health Industry Consultant and Personal Trainer.  She will be bringing products and information geared toward the sports enthusiast with regard to hair care, skin care, makeup and personal health.  She will be available for 2 hours to talk to anyone interested.  Thank you Geri for joining us! Finally, if you have not signed up for Dr. Todd Wandstrat’s “Diving and Medicine” Course, you do not want to miss out on this incredible and informative diver to diver session.
We are very excited to announce that Tri-State Scuba now carries IKELITE camera housings and lights!   Want to see if we can get a housing for your digital?  Call us or E-mail us with the exact make  and model of your camera and we will look it up for you!
The Cincinnati Sports and Boat Show was wonderful this year.  We want to thank everyone who stopped by and talked to us, and everyone from that Tri-State who participated in the show.   It is always fun to talk diving in the winter!
For those of you who missed our great trip to Roatan in January, we have an opportunity in June.  We had 15 spectacular dives, including some personal favorites “Spooky Channel”, Lighthouse Reef” and 2 fantastic wreck dives, the “Odyssey” and the “El Agulia”.   Not to mention the Zip Line Treetop Canopy Tour – WOW!  Please see our travel page for details.
Big News!  We are now carrying a brand new product from the British based company Fourth Element – a neutrally buoyant 3 mil.  Joly had the opportunity to get some of the first product shipped to the US and tried it on our last trip.  Joly said it was comfortable, dried quickly and truly had no buoyancy characteristics.  It is also very light weight for travel!   Please stop in and take a look at this unbelievable technological break through in wetsuits!
